Thank You

Hello!  Well, my New Years Resolution was to post regularly to my blog, you all have seen how that's going for me!  :)  Maybe, just maybe I can get back on track.  :)

For today I would like to show you two thank you cards I made for a friend.  She was looking for earthtones, I wanted to use my new SU! Top Notes Die, tada....

Now, for all my LOST comrades, what a preview, eh?  I am soo lovin' this time travel aspect.  My favorite things during last night were all about Hurley, "I need a cool code name" and of course the Hot Pocket defense.  LOL!!  I can't wait till the O6 get back on the island, I want Sawyer to know that Kate is alive and well, his heart was broken, you could definitely tell last night.  What were your favorite moments?

Till next time (hopefully before a month goes by).......

Julie

Tis the season.....

Hello everyone!  Long time no type, LOL!  Sorry I've been absent, the holidays, and some medical issues, and life in general.  I'm here that's the important thing right?  Are you finished shopping for the holidays?  Believe it or not I have one more thing to get and I'm finished shopping, now just to finish making my gifts that are handmade, and don't get me started on the candy that's not started yet.  Eeek, time is not my friend these days.  Oh well, it's still fun, right?

Here are more Christmas cards I made for the craft show back in Nov.

Brrr.....

Hello everyone!  Has it been cold where you live?  For mid-Nov. it's been a bit brisk here.  But I guess we shouldn't complain because it's only going to get colder from here on out, right?  Today it's about 44 degrees, as long as the wind isn't blowing to make it in the 30's I'm good to go.  :)

This is how I felt yesterday, although I did not break out the winter jacket nor the boots.  But I was tempted.  I used Stamping Bella's Snowbunny Bella, she was one of the first bellas in my cart, I just love her.  I put some pink leggin's on her because she has that big ol' coat and boats on, those legs needed something.  :)

All is calm.

Everything is back to normal, no more rushing around, no more deadlines, no more stress.....that is unless I let the Christmas season get behind.  I won't let that happen though.  I'm going to start working on my gifts, that's right most of them are going to be handmade (frugal for me this year), not to worry though, I have a great idea, or should I say ideas.  :)  I'm going to start this weekend, so as not to feel that holiday stress.

The craft show went well, better than expected actually.  Hopefully Jennifer and I will do it again next year, after all you do tend to get better over time (at least I do).

Here is one of the Christmas Cards I made for the show.  Image is by Impression Obsession, I bought this set at the Heirloom Stamp show.  I just {heart} snowmen and when I saw this I almost melted.  LOL!!  This set is called Let It Snow and also features a snowman fight.  I used that on a bookmark so far.  I'm really into Liquid Applique right now, I used it on the green hat and the red heart, it makes things puff up, sooo cool.
